Yes that's because it was being replaced for the Assassins Wrapper that's why it has the sound effect of the Christmas Ornament.

Looks great and I'd love that extra projectile. The only thing bugging me is that when you wacked the water ballon it sounded like a Christmas ornament (and logically it should pop on you, but who really cares about that). Awesome.

I also think the set would go nice with a hat, maybe like the speedo hat things that swimmers wear, and water goggles, or snorkles, idk just brain storming ;D great job

Currently TF2 Workshop items are not for clients to download they're being put under review to be added to the main game, though the author can choose if they want to compile it for other weapons, for this pack as it was for contest reasons we did it so you can download the whole pack here: http://gamebanana.com/game/skins/118918

Like mentioned to Mystery Science, the model is to small meaning if you add jiggle bones the amount of times it brakes as in engine bug is to high to give it a green light, that's why we also removed it for the final version!

this is wonderful, but i think the noodle needs to be jiggleboned, because pool noodles IRL are real floppy and bendy all the time. otherwise, great work!

Jiggle bones where used but as the model was to small in size the amount of times it spazzed out was to great, therefor we removed it in the final release!

Unfortunately not as the Sandman doesn't support Team Colloring, and the Wrap Assassin did! We first intended to do it for the Sandman but it didn't work out!
