Wales should probably just be a mildly tweeked version of the Scottish one.

Scotland should have an idea of either Caving to the British or Scottish Nationalism, giving them a Democratic Pro-Allied path, or if they choose to do Scottish Nationalism, they get a Fascist/Neutral path. Maybe make a seperate one for Communism and junk.
Great Britains focus tree should be mildly tweeked as they'd no longer own Northern Ireland, Scotland & Wales. In their Fascist, Communist & Monarchist paths they should get a focus to consolidate the british isles, getting cores on the island of Great Britain, and war goals on all nations that own land in the British Isles.
Man, I've written alot, huh?

As one person said about the completely shattered USA and with all the states independent, they the minor nations should have similiar(if not the same) focus trees, while bigger/more important states like Texas & California should be more unique. I feel like the Democratic part of the Focus Tree should be about a big alliance for the US States, and if you're the leader of that faction, you could slowly unify the ones in your faction, and get war goals on the remaining states. The Fascist path should just be...Well, conquering stuff, y'know? Communist path should probably be the same, and Non-Alligned should just be a neutral one.

Also, ideas for focus trees:
Teutonic Order/East Prussia should have many focuses that buff their military, since...Yeah?
Sami should have alot of industry & infastructure expansion focuses due to the lack of stuff where they're located.
Schleswig-Holstein should have a branch where they can either Cave to the Germans or Cave to the Danes (or stay neutral) similiar to the Dutch focus tree. Sakhalin could maybe have the same with the Soviets & Japan.
Crimea could be about preserving your current position, and going Communist/Democratic, or have the choice of Ukranian Nationalism, and go down a more Fascist/Non-Alligned route.
Crete should probably be mostly about navy stuff, probably a decision to take out Greece with the Communist/Fascist branches.
These are just ideas of mine, now I'll give Focus Tree ideas for other peoples suggestions for nations.

If you're going to implement Bismarcks idea about Schleswig-Holstein, don't give them Jutland as that would just make the borders look less accurate. I have a few ideas:
Crete (The island south of Greece, it literally has the same names.)
Sami/Sapmi Should own the northern province of Finland (including the one that the Soviets took, and the two states of Norway & Sweden that border Finland.
Sakhalin (Should own north & south sakhalin, )
Crimea (this one is pretty obvious)
Teutonic Order/East Prussia? (should own the part of Germany that isn't connected
That's all the ideas I have for now, if these are already implemented, then, uh, cool.

I agree, it really sucks. It was pretty much the best of its kind. However, there are other mods that do mostly the same thing.

that one (releasable states - fixed) is pretty good and I think it's really promising even though it doesn't have a ton of spread out countries right now. Hopefully this one comes back, but alas.

it's a shame it's dead. It would be nice if it was made compatible with the current version of HoI4, but i don't think that's happening.
