@ NoF8 yikes that sounds worse than what i have going on. My friend on my server is crashing when he uses the ctrl shift features as well.

@tisharogue I'm having the same issue, although it is not the jetpack for me, it's just having the armor on and standing still and I still crash...Darn ARK updates...

Hi there. I have been using the OP Tek for about a month and I love it. Since an update for Ark a few days ago my jet pack keeps crashing my game. I did some trouble shooting. I tried a new set of armour and I also tried the regular games tek suit. The op new set still crashed but the vanilla tek was fine. I would love to continue using this mod so I'm hoping the creator of it can figure out what happened. Thanks. Please tag me on the progress so I know when I can use it again.

Yep, I dl'd MEGAv2 and the Managarmr jumps fine with the chestpiece. I haven't tested OPv2, but I'm sure with the update it's fine. Thanks Flamegazza!!

there is a newer version of this mod where I believe that is not an issue

I've used this for a while now and love it - however, with the new Extinction DLC there's a problem with the Chestpiece and the Managarmr's jump ability. As long as the chestpiece is equipped, the Managarmr cannot jump AT ALL. When I take off the chestpiece, all is well. I believe it's the mapping of the jump function on the chestpiece conflicting with the jump function of the Managarmr... Oddly enough, this isn't an issue with any other dino's jump abilities -- I guess we won't know until the Dev Kit comes out. (Just an added note - when I equip the official Tek chestpiece it doesn't stop the Managarmr from being able to jump - however, it does display an error message that it's out of element, so could be an Ark bug all around.)

@Flamegazza- I dont know if it would be too hard but heres an idea, if the tek armer had a effect of the hazard suit where you could go into the drake hole with it only. I love your mod hun ^..^

Its ok flame, we tried it again and its working now, odd it was only my side, there are a few mods conflicting with the new DLC, no one can really know till its all been updated, sorry for that >.o

there isn't anything in the mod that should conflict, as far as i'm aware. Unless they drasticaly changed how the tek armour works, with the new DLC. the dev kit with the new DLC stuff in isn't out yet though, if it is this mod, i cant currently fix it.

@Flamegazza- me and my friends are playing on the new DLC map, seems everything was fine till i used the OP Tek and it crashed my game about 4 times, wondering if its the mod or likely the game needs to fix things itself?

think there's a tick box somethere, for uses element. cant really remember was so long ago. but i think it's either in the item blueprint or the buff blueprint

would love to know how you changed the tek armor to use less element or how i would do this on unoffical i dont know where to find it or where to edit it and iam looking for the element cost on flying and using the boots and all that

Note to self... Never use ctrl when in your base.
It removed most of the walls and shot one of my dino's into the sky box...

Greetings, i have been looking for a mod like this for a while, and i thought it was going to be perfect, but sadly flying is a bit of a pain, i use the suit to build things. the default settings work for me. would there be a chance of getting a version that is just "This includes a set of unbreakable, infinite charge tek armor with super high armor and insulation." and not the other buffs to the powers?

Great mod, however, I do a have a few questions
Is the damage on the Rifle and Armor adjustable?
I would like to reduce the damage on the Rifle. (insta kill is great,but not always necessary)
and reduce the speed of the jet pack (sometimes I end up on the other side of the map)

it should work, you might have to hit it's head, but it should work

I just tried the Tranq rifle on a vanilla titano on Ragnarok, and it wouldn't knock it out. Nocked out just about everything else though....

Cool. I did try it, turns out that the OP rifle overrides the Megatek rifle. :P The torpor rifle works tho. Maybe if you can get mega-tek working right the problem will be fixed--could be that the OP rifle was overriding it because the Mega wasn't working at all.

I'd like to use the torpor rifle with the balanced version. Will they explode or crash the game if I use both at once?

sorry, there's no way to modify the stats of the abilities in game or through ini's as far as i'm aware, but i'm currently working on a fix for the balanced version that should hopefully be out soon.

So, I switched to this one until you get the more balanced MegaTek to work again. Is there a way to tweak the speed of the superspeed moves? The way it works now, flying with the armor is a little game breaking. And I don't mean in the sense of being OP, I mean it actually causes crashes sometimes. Not to mention being so fast it's actually clumsy and hard to use. :P

I haven't been told about anyone having ussues, but will re cook and upload it with the new dev kit I guess

The mod is obsolete, and may cause problems with other mods or problems with the game, so it is recommended to keep the mod always up to date.
