Hidden stat - on shooting heavy wearing the full jojo set, all players except the heavy are stunned and the heavy gains full crits on melee weapons, along with uber and max swing speed and speed boost.

Theres no way that Valve add this. I like JoJo and respect your opinion but.. it's too ridiculous. Stand arrow gives opponent a Stand, but it's a killing weapon. I know Stands are not usable for innocent, peaceful people but it's a FPS game. So every opponent would have a Stand. You know what do I mean.

this should be an item in the game which has a 50% chance of instantly killing someone on hit and a 50% chance of granting the enemy crits

The arrow head looks like it is a reference to the Screaming Chicken, or Firebird. The design on the 1977 Pontiac Firebird Trans AM.
