6 years ago was an entirely different TF2 team, Im sure if you email them again they'd be quick to respond. They have at least with my items.

@FiveEyes: I did email him about 6 years ago. Not sure if anything really happened but he did forward it to the right people at the time.

The black market set is one of my favorites, and the Tomislav is my favorite Heavy weapon. Valve have in the recent year been shipping item updates from creators, though you need to email them first.
