Always wanted more alternate themed gamemodes like Greed. Repackage this as "War," or "Plague" mode, and I bet it could get added in as an update!

for those wondering i as far as i know the mod developer stopped working on this mod and so it won't get an update for repentance though i hope it happens don't expect it to any time soon however i may be wrong i just remember hearing some thing about him stopping work on it and i don't think he has updated in years

when i had mods on it got stuck on the loading screen with infinite teleportation sound and when i enabled it without mods the game crashes

I tried to run this in relevations for the lolz now that mod support is back and it actually didn't crash. Though it didn't load either. It just gets suck on the loading screen with infinite teleporting noise.

A really good and creative mod! Although it is faerly unbalanced and unless you're either getting sacred heart or you play as azazel it's really hard to even pass wave 6. Also all machines except the trinket (room 3) and item mackine (room 4) don't work for me (i dont have any other mods on). Also also i dont know what most machines even do.Still a good mod tho!

No, if you have True Co-op enabled with this mod; conflicts will happen and you cannot start the mode correctly.
