Hopefuly I fixed the remaining texture issues.
I dont get the point of covering the whole underside. This is the reason why I only cover the parts that are visible from reachable persectives.

As for the underside, you are getting there, but it needs to be better covered. Don't worry about making it jagged, just make it flat like the underside of the other islands, what matters is that it's covered.
I have continued to work on the texture problems.
Finaly, I hope they have been solved properly.
The trigger hurt at the bottom is too weak. Change the damage to something like 100000 and the damage type to fall. It needs to be an instant kill.
The water works fine now, but the other textures are still missing:

I have tryed to encounter the problems you discribed. For that i have added a trigger_hurt on the ground of the map, smoothed out the bottom edges of the main island and packed the watertextures again.
The water uses the normal HL2 water texture and it looks really weird. Just saying.
The slipgates in the basement seem to be exits only, which is weird given how they are the only feature of the room.
The bottom of the map lacks a trigger_hurt
And you should really consider adding a bottom to the main island. Having all the brushes stand out from below does not look very good.
You can switch to SandboxMode in the lower right corner. Just change it and start the map as usually.
