It has the "loungeable" tag, marking it as something you can sit or lay on. I believe that also allows NPCs to use it, but I'm not certain. Best way to find out would be to place one near your crew/tenants and see what happens.

I'm curious if you put NPCtoy tag on this and the showerhead cus I wanna see my crew/tenant use it too.

I don't believe it will work without being installed on the server as well. It uses some additional assets (a copy of the tub for an overlay and a script for the particle effect) that would, if missing, probably break things. You're welcome to try, though; if it works after all, please let me know for the future. :)

Is this mod client-side? Asking for a pal who wants to play starbound w/ me but doesn't desire to use this mod out of the ones I've subbed OTL;;

The thing is, I like that humans wear underwear. It looks nice and realistic, and you can also act like these are actually swimsuits. So I don't need any mods that remove underwear.
Now, about raising the bathtub sprite. I guess you could do that, but I doubt that many people will find it necessary. I mean, it's just for aesthetics and role-play purposes, nothing practical here. Also, I guess that the raised bathtub sprite would be somewhat too tall.

(UPDATED) Well, I have done some research, and it appears that most bathtubs from the mods I have are actually two-three pixels taller already, and it's not "too tall" at all. In fact, vanilla one actually looks kinda too small compared to them. (But it's only yours that has water particles while sitting in it, so that's a big advantage)

Yeah, unfortunately there isn't really a way around that - for humans, at least. Humans are the only ones that wear underwear, and it's baked into the sprite. The only way to remove it is with a mod, and many such mods exist. A quick search or two ought to turn something up. Again, this is only a problem for humans; the other races don't wear underwear.

Now, I could get the best of both by editing the bathtub sprite to make it a couple of pixels taller, but I'm not sure if I want to go that far unless people want me to.

Welp, that "clipping" fix has resulted in another issue: now female characters appear in the bathtub wearing their bras. Previously they were positioned low enough that their bras were "behind" the bathtub sprite, but now they are above it.
Guess it's either clipping or taking bath in clothes...

The character's feet clip through the bottom if I place it on the floor of a ship. Could you raise the player up a few pixels when sitting in the bath?

easy fix.
the NPCs are trying to wash there clothes, or trying to be funny.
(that was a joke fix)

same with beds, NPCs aren't naked in them. naked seems to be a Status Effect that Effects players, not NPCs. all and all, is no bug and most likely, isn't with a fix. if you stop using all mods, naked will still not Effect NPCs, just players, so it isn't the mod's doing with the non naked NPCs, but the game itself.

Sorry, but NPCs' clothes are saved as part of the NPCs themselves. As far as I know, there's no way to make them remove them the way player characters can.

@bohric yeah, sorry about that, my tenants seemed to ignore it when there was just one in the house, after making a full on bath house they started using them.

Do tenants interact with this? Or is it solely player based?
