@I Get Salty Real Easily I know that, it's just that she looks sinister to me which makes me always think she is a huge force to be reckoned with, although as you said she never had ill-intent.

I remember this one. This one always struck me as one of the sillier Godzilla movies; earth-day themed movies and shows are often poorly done and try to send the message across too directly, thus leaving a bad taste in my mouth.

On the other hand, Hedorah's powers and effects on the world around it is admittedly scary. Not to mention he's one of the only Godzilla monsters I've seen that directly hunted down and attacked human beings, rather than them being mere collateral damage during his rampages.

So if Hedorah ever does get ported to Gmod, he mightbe REALLY difficult to pose because he's a giant walking pile of pollution. Just my theory.
