The only way I can think to do that would be to have a Playlist, so first it plays the turning on animation, then switches to one that just flickers. Though I don't know how make it so it doesn't loop back to the turning on animation

i'm suprised nobody's figured out how to make it stay on and flicker instead of just looping the on and off animations.
