Very good for your first model, but as anything the texture looks odd, like it was pieced together and you just cut off the bits sticking out. A good idea, but as neither a good, bad, or neutralstatement, I think that this should differ from the Shortstop in a way or two. More bullets and less damage maybe, or maybe make the barrel wider and its a short cannon that slows you down.

Hold your horses, this is your first model? Wow. You should be very proud. The only thing I'd change is its shininess, it glows too much under light. Then again that's my opinion of many TF2 items, so don't feel obligated to make a change.

(Cont.) There's also that rectangular block under the barrel. Something about it is bugging me. Not quite the shape, but that it looks morphed onto the barrel. Find some way to attach it without it being one piece. You could experiment with coloring the block a different colored metal in combination with faceplates, bolts or screws. Take the Flare Gun for example and look at the foregrip; it is a obviously a separate part from the barrel, but it looks bolted on. Also, I don't think it looks good that the barrel and that block underneath are neck-and-neck. The barrel should extend slightly past the block. However, that would make the barrel too long. Instead, shorten the block underneath ever so slightly.

Hopefully my suggestions are of some help!

(Cont.) Also, not all of the metal on the gun has to be the same color. You want to be careful not to make one part stand out too much from the rest, but variety is nice when done right. For instance, the barrel of the gun is currently blued, that dark blue-ish color commonly used for guns, which is perfect as it is. However, that big looping hinge part on the extreme lower left could be a lighter grey in color, like stainless steel (but not too shiny!). The trigger might also be a different color, or the hammer on the back of the gun.

(Cont.) Did you model the bullet shells yourself? They need a lot of texture work. At the moment, they look like yellow, rubber earplugs. They should be brass in color, or maybe red shotgun shells! Yeah, they might look neat as shotgun shells! As well, on the base of the shell is the primer, that small circular spot that the hammer hits to ignite the gunpowder. They look like painted circles in the video. They need some shape definition. The best way I can describe the shape is "a flat disk in a shallow hole". Look at some pictures of real ammunition, you'll get the idea.

Some smaller details would be nice. A screw or bolt here or there to hold it together, but don't go overboard! How does the Scout break open the gun? Should there be a tiny release lever somewhere to open the bullet chamber? Again, small details are nice, but you do NOT want to clutter up your gun with useless doodads! Make it look like these details have a legitimate use!

It's better than before. The metal of the gun is about the right shiny-ness. The tape is now a good color, but it's shiny and smooth looking. Can you dull it up without changing the color? Look at the tape the Scout has wrapped around his hands. That's a good example.

The Scout's thumb clips with the gun while reloading, but it's a difficult thing to avoid when reusing other animations. Even on the Shortstop his thumb clips slightly if you watch closely. Not a big deal, and unless you can animate models from scratch, no real way to fix it.

While reloading, I don't see any chambers for the bullets to actually go into, just an open "empty tin can" shape. You need to model those bullet chambers....
