A paler paint style might make sense, so it has the option to look more like people are used to.

Wouldn't it make more sense if the fosters facade got a second style instead of completely changing it.
Also do I love it when people fix old things.

See, stuff like this shouldn't need a whole team to review, months to fuss about or even any questions about it. Just stick it in the next patch along with the latest batch of community-made improvements and make the game just a little bit better.
