Yes but this means that you wont See how many Cards they have And whilst i do say all these things you can do with it its just a modified version of Uno theres so many versions of uno you can look it up and find like 5 diffrent versions of it heck even Digital Games of Uno have Variation rules you can play. You can use this how you see fit its an option To play Uno this way but you can simply go out an look for just a basic Deck of Uno Cards on the workshop and Call it a day. Its simply another variation of it i thought up of enjoy it how you see fit :)

You do realise you're not normally meant to be able to see the opponent's hand, right?
