Maybe make it an SWEP to switch between admin mode and not admin mode.

Also @Locky: Uclip admin works automatically, and is unidentifiable if you're running single player mode as you become the admin. If you're in single player, or are a host of an multiplayer server, you WILL clip through everything just like normal noclip.
