Does this mod effect Generals?

Mod still works for all agents and is generally compatible with most skill tree changing mods, note however this affects the AI as well and late game you will be dealing with a lot of high end agents who will roll well enough to knockout at least some of your agents so I recommend if use this mod to put at least some skill points for your agents in reducing the chance they are killed by enemy agents and set up forward recruiting provinces to replace your losses.

Any chance we could get a mod like this that would work with darth mod that has
- 100 Agent cap
- Increased agent cost ( to reduce AI spam early game )
- Faster leveling and Double skill points

I make the half,and half with twice skill points because experience needed,and skill points are in the same tables,so a 1/2 Experience needed mod isn't compatible with twice skill points mod.
So you should all thank me for caring you all.
