I think they all look good, anyone that loving of the imperials get on the boat and go back to cyrodiill where you came from originally.

Any chance you could make a mod that replaces the Stormcloak jarls with the Imperial jarls? The majority of the Stormcloak ones are close-minded and make poor rulers, but I'd really like to side with them.

i didn't. those are the jarls who had a facial morph. For the other, only clothes change.

yup. It only changes, actually, clothes&appearence of Brunwulf Free-Winter, Maven Black Briar and Thongvor Silver-Blood.

as of this stage, no. I've reduced the mod to the "minimum" for changing the appearence of Ulfric caused his handcuffs and the bandage on the mouth to disappear.

Yeah, i know. I decided to try to make a mod when I saw that Brunwulf continued to wear that ugly armor. Also, I'll re-add Vignar Gray-Mane whenever I have time.

Mod Redone, now with the fix! (I tried to delete all the files and redownloaded them with the workshop's subscription, and it works =D )

np, you're not pressing me or anything like that. Just, I tried to fix it, but it seems I've lost the old esp file, and the downloaded one seems to not change the appearence of the jarls, so I'll have to do it from the start, and do it the best way. Anyway, the first exam's done. 30/30 in International Relationships' History =P

Yeah, according to the link,

"meshes and textures associated with it that will need to be packaged and uploaded along with the .esp file. Failure to do so will mean that all players who download the mod will have the dark face bug when they use it, even though the problem no longer occurs on the computer the mod was built on."

I guess if you do that it should work for other people? I dunno, I haven't uploaded any mods to Steam Workshop - I'm just making mods for myself, so I don't know entirely how to go about it. :P

i did that thing,but still doesn't work..however i uninstalled the mod and installed it again...it's not the this mod's fault maybe it's another mod or a bug

have you done the civil war questline? If you've done so, and on the Stormcloak side, she is replaced by Sorli the Builder.

yup. I've already done the thing that Axel Ridge suggests, and uploaded the files (the link is above), but it seems to work only on my game (in fact, you can see the faces as they've been modified on the banner)...

Well, I'm no modder and so this is pure conjecture, but this mod changes Ulfric's actual skin, doesn't it? So you may want to take a look at that, he might have a customized skin for that first part.

Yes, I'm trying to fix that bug, but i do not understand why it doesn't allow me to fix that. I changed the inventory of ulfric back to the original one, but he remains "un-gagged". I suppose I'll have to ask someone with more experience about this

Just wanted to point out that this mod messes around with the intro cutscene a bit. I mean, I don't mind, and it's not a major problem, but it's a bit weird to see Ulfric making "Muffled grunts" when he isn't even gagged... ^_^
