something happen
when i kill the last member of a pod and no other enemy saw/sees me
but the suspicion level not resets to 0?
it work right in Global Suspicion and wrong in Individual Suspicion
is this intended?
1. I've killed all members of a pod with ab ambush ( 5 shinobis ) an I still role for detection, is this intended? As I can take down pods, I only use this mod for picking off one enemy at a time with a stealth shinobi or killing drones. Is this how it should work or am I missing something?
2. you mentioned pistols in the desc, but how do we silence a pistol?
Good job adding the sound overwrite, 10/10 would sneak again.
The 'Ambush' mechanic needs some tweaking.
As of this moment, I'm playing Long War 2 and I'm about to assault the Blacksite. Every member of the squad with the exception of the Shinobi has brought a suppressor on their weapon. I'm at a point in the game, however, where really only my Death-from-above sharpshooter can one-shot most enemies, and that's with Precision Shot active.
Ambush only appears to work if every enemy tagged is killed by the shooter in one shot. So if six friendlies shoot 3 targets and kill them all, but it takes all six friendlies shooting to do so, squad concealment will end.
That's ridiculous.
How can I tune the mod to fix it so that it works the way it ought to?
On reading this line, I understood it as "If you do not use LW2, You can use CovertOps Gear to get silencers", Meaning "COGear <In Place Of> LW2" in order to use this mod.
But on reading your responses, I realized that you meant "If you do not use LW2, Use CovertOps" Meaning "For a vanilla game, <Use That(Covert Ops), Not this(Tactical Suppressors)>"
If that makes more sense.
Basically my mistaken understanding was that this mod required silencers to do its work, And that it procured them from LW2 in order to function, But that CoverOps Gear could be used to add silencers to use this mod without LW2.... Just my tired brain failing.
My bad :) So whenever I switch over to LW2 I'll switch from COGear to this. Thank you for helping me figure that out, Been trying to figure out what I was doing wrong for a good while.
1. Be in a mission with concealment
2. Save
3. Have soldiers in a position where they can see two pods.
4. Activate one pod (kill an enemy) without breaking concealment.
5. Do anything to break concealment (miss, not a one-hit kill, wander into red square)
6. For example, while the shooting animation (that will fail to kill) is playing, reload.
7. AI breaks: as long as game is not closed (but you can even alt-tab out and Hibernate your PC), all enemies will just stand there, and will never reat to anything.
You can test after reload: awakening mini-cutscenes do not play, enemies do not scatter on discovery on that or any future missions, the only thing that sometimes happen is if you have the ADVENT Scouts mod on, they may sometimes fire on Overwatch.
Have been able to reproduce repeatedly.

(seriously, Long War takes a long f*yay*ing time to finish if you're a compeltionist like me, I kinda wanna move on already...)
