Isn't historically accured, Spain would have join the war, they even signed some stuff. They refused to participate just seeing the bad evolving of the war in Greece.

I have an idea. You could implement a system that makes the civil eonomy back to civil economy after peace ference, for every countries concerned by the peace. It could avoids units spam and military industry never end after second world war peace. And maybe, a decrease world tension bonus after peace ? I tell you that because I like to play the efter war period and the 50s years.

Spain was really going to join the axis, they even signed a pact with Germany but refused only seeing the bad development of the war in Greece. So isn't wrong the option, in the base game, where Spain join the war.

@SFSG Pryce should probably still work, there's no reason to update it since it's still working with the latest patch.

@avsbes81 I removed it to make peace conferences turn out more historically. I often see Austria be given South Tyrol after the peace conference which annoys me.
