I believe KrAzy is right that its a conflicting addon. it could also be sypjadias's additional vehicles but that would require testing to be sure.

It used to happen to me but after deleting one of the addons from my list, the problem disappeared. I don't know which one though.

You may have a conflicting addon if that's happening to you. When I spawn, fly, and destroy the vehicles, none of the props bounce. And they do land.

Alright, what if they're only spawned as entities when needed?

star wars episode vehicles can make maps not work. props will bounce around and ships will be unlandable
