Mod has been updated today and is working just fine.

No ini file, speed is constant.

Is there an INI to configure speed for this mod?

Error was being generated by another mod (acm) this mod is working okay.

Getting fatal error after Gen 2 update may be this mod, will try and sort it out.

This is working fine as of March 1st, 2021. If it isn't working properly it's likely a conflict with something else. I don't know what else could effect it given it's niche effect, but I've had it not work before because of another mod being outdated and breaking everything else in various ways.

If you think a mod isn't working properly load it solo to check it, then change load order, priority is top to bottom, so first added mod to the list will overwrite everything below it.

Cannot remember exactly as I do not play the game anymore but it should have appeared within 4 hours of play, but you do not need to place in water, try it on dry land maybe that is your problem, as I am fairly unwell at the moment I do not see me coming up with an update anytime soon, sorry. Maybe a game update has stopped it working, when I feel better I will try and sort it.

plaing in water? how much time for 1 pearl ?
i played 3 hours, factory with 400 stone and nothing.

It works, it just takes time! Place stone in there and after some time it WILL change to pearls.

@Dack Janiels - are you running a stack mod? That could mess with it. It works with no stack mod and I also confirmed it works with the 'StacksOnly' mod.

Sorry I have not played or been on line for quite some time, I am experiencing medical problems at the moment but first chance I get (when feeling better) I will take a look.

Failing that I do not know what you are doing wrong so I cannot help further, the instructions below will work if you follow them, if you do not have the folder anymore make sure you are actually signed into Steam before you start the game or it will NOT download the mod and you will not have the folder.

Miss just one and it will not work!

Let me walk you through what to do....

1. Hit the SUBSCRIBED button above. (This will unsubscribe you from the mod)
2. Go to your mods folder in Steam ( Dependent upon where you installed it, it will be somewhere like steamapps\common\ARK\ShooterGame\Content\Mods)
3. Delete both folder and file with the number 839984647 (That is a folder called 839984647 and a mod file called 839984647)
4. Hit the SUBSCRIBE button above again (This will subscribe you to the mod again)
5. Ensure you are signed into Steam andstart up Ark Evolved, give it a few minutes to download the file).
6. Go back into your mods folder in the Steam directory and you will find that the folder and mod file called 839984647 has been replaced.
7. Copy these to your server mods directory making sure you have deleted the old one first.

Oh remember the mod file WILL NOT be in the mod folder it will be in the same level directory as the folder but NOT inside of it.

It is actually a mod file and you can change the way windows see this file in the properties tab, get Notepad++ and link it to that, try unsubscribing to the mod, delete the mod folder in your steam directory them subscribe again, restart Ark Evolved (making sure you ARE signed into Steam, and the mod will be re-dowloaded and the missing file should be replaced.

yeah and this mod file is shown as a video file and thta's what i'm missing

So to upload to your server all you need to do is move both these files to your server folder, there is nothing else needed. I do not know what method you are using to upload the files to your server, I personally use FileZilla and I have NEVER had to upload a video file of any kind.

Inside the mod file when opened with Notepad++ would look like this....

That file only points to the mod folder so it will run.

There is no video file mate, all you get is the folder with the mod and a mod file with the same number for example this mod would show up as (Folder Name - Which in this case is named 839984647) and a Mod File with the same number. That is all you get there is NO video file anywhere. Please clarify what you mean.

i figured it out it's not ID i'm missing it's a video file wich I need for the server with out the file i can't use it on the server

No it is impossible for the mod ID to be wrong 839984647 is the mod number it is shown in the mod address at the top of the screen in this case

I was wondering if you could make one for growing Rare Flowers and Rare Mushrooms? Have the Rare Flower one produce using 1 of each basic seed type (None of the special plants) and the Rare Mushroom one work on Rotten Meat.

You may have noticed a total lack of updates to this, this is because of the total lack of support from WildCard, they have not updated the dev kit since game update 268.3 some 5 months ago, so all the newer additions are not available to us modders, Sorry about this but then blame WC not us!

These silica pear factories are almost imperative to survival on Scorched Earth. Plus, there are ways to get access to sand on The Island.

@ Alastor - That is fine for Scorched Earth but as there is no sand in The Island map then this would be a waste of time.

I think this is a great mod, but I would love to see ways to enhance the pearl generation process, like using sand instead of stone which will descrease the pearl generation by half the time, or something along those lines.

I have reinstalled the dev kit and Ark Evolved back to my new windows setup so hopefully updates are imminent.

I have completely new installed at first position. Now i have find the engram to lern.
i dont know why, but before there was no engram to learn.

Have checked this on my server after updating to new patch and engram IS THERE and can be learned, you will find it around the lvl 35 batches of engrams. If you are still having trouble then I am afraid it is on your end (unless others can say they are experiencing the same problem)_
