I really need to go back and update this mod, it's really simple but has a few oddities here and there. Like I made this back when you couldn't properly play sound effects so the code has a really weird workaround, plus whatever I did it doesn't check what your SFX option setting is. When I have some free time I'll look into making a small update to this.

Nice idea. But I have a small suggestion: In one of Isaac's dreams (level transitions) he finds a wig inside a present and wears it. What if there's a minuscle chance of being transformed into Maggy after using the item?

So, you can buy it in the shop, bring it with you to the devil/angel/item room and get a non-shop item for 15 cents, but while sacrificing your hold item for that time period! I like it!

Nice idea, especially that you can decide from which pool the item should be from. Please don't make it from any pool, that would make the item a lot less interesting! By the way, you can add items to itempools now!
