Should be a secondary weapon where it gives you a 20% more speed for 10 seconds and regens after 10 seconds too.

Maybe some scouts need an inhaler, if it's add as a weapon he could allow to run faster but twice slower if limit reach and so you need to use it, if add as a misc it could randomly do a new taunt, just my opinion...

Yeah. It's gotta be a weapon. Valve will come up with something fun for it to do... It would be funny if the scout was buffed while puffing just like pyro taunting with the phlog.

Seems like something that people would use during setup to rush to a flag, or run away. As you run it fills up a bar, and then when you inhale, you get a bonus, maybe more speed, damage resistance, a triple jump? idk
