Man I'm sorry I haven't gotten back to you sooner, and your dedication to this project is humbling and appreciated. As is probably obvious by now, this mod is on indefinite hold. I will probably pick it up again, but its probably going to be a while before I do. Sorry to keep you waiting so long for disappointing news.

When I do get back to working on the mod, I'll most likely start again on this version, as TWH1 doesn't seem to be getting updates anymore, so I shouldn't have to worry about mod-breaking updates. Plus there is less factions and units to deal with so it should make my job a lot easier.

I'll comment here again when development resumes.

Yeah I will. Been on a hiatus from Warhammer for a while. I am still working on it, just offline.

Question what became of the version for WH 2. Will you come back again?
Cannonfodder101  [ophavsmand] 24. sep. 2017 kl. 7:23
I know the game can seem to lock up during the loading screen, but it will still finish loading if you don't mess with it. I'm not having any other issues with CTD.

i was gonna check out your mod, but the game crashed. This mod was the only one active.
Cannonfodder101  [ophavsmand] 14. sep. 2017 kl. 15:02
I didn't either. All of this I've figured out either on my own or using resources that have been provided by the community. There's a great video sereies I just sorta stumbled upon last week thats helped me learn a lot. If you wanna get into modding, its a great place to start.

i would love to help. but i know squat about modding.
Cannonfodder101  [ophavsmand] 9. sep. 2017 kl. 8:59
Sadly no on the help. As for development, it kinda stalled given the start of school, and that I work on the weekends, but I hope to resume this week, now that I have my schedule hammered out. Hopefully I can get some sorta weekly update thing goin on. Thanks for ask.

Hows the mod going? found anyone to colloborate with you?
Mumion der Unsterbliche 29. aug. 2017 kl. 13:01
Good Work . Respect

Ok Thanks
Cannonfodder101  [ophavsmand] 23. aug. 2017 kl. 6:32
Thank you both. Its basicaly ended up that I've been using TWWH 1 to sort out how I want the mod to work, so hopefully when TWWH 2 ships, everything will be a lot smother.

@Fallschirmjager, next update should be out in the next couple days.
Goberin Sreya 23. aug. 2017 kl. 2:31
Hey, good job, and good luck on your venture. Your work is much appreciated. I am definitley giving this a go, when TW W2 is out.

New update! Doing things differently now! No more multi month hiatus! Enjoy!
Tim 9. feb. 2017 kl. 13:34
Ah. Alright, that makes sense. Well, good luck man!
Cannonfodder101  [ophavsmand] 9. feb. 2017 kl. 13:11
@Tim The Enchanter. Yes, eventually. Fortunatly it seems that CA has been stepping up its FLC/DLC game, so I'm holding for now when it comes to units, to save myself work where I can. (This is partially why I'm not working on Bretonnia until the DLC drops at the end of the month). However, what I will probably do either way is add units that you may find in lore that you might not on tabletop, like Vampire Count human levies, Empire Milita units, Orc Spear Boyz if CA never does, stuff like that.. I'm going to try to avoid just making units up, and I'm not going to add a unit if it doesn't make sense from a lore perspective (Vampire Skeleton Archers, for example).
Tim 9. feb. 2017 kl. 12:34
Are you going to eventually add units to this? There is ALOT of units that are missing.
Cannonfodder101  [ophavsmand] 13. jan. 2017 kl. 12:38
@Decomposed I appriciate the advice. Me uploading the alpha is equally to keep myself motivated to keep working as to let people try it.

You are right about the pictures and streamlining the description. I get a bit longwinded. Both of those will be updated alongside new mod releases.

To your third point, this is exactly why I am releasing one faction at a time, until all of them are playable in custom battle, and then I'll start working on campaign features, visual overhuals, stuff like that.

No offense taken, as I mentioned, all feedback and advice is appreciated.

Stay tuned for more updates then. Im hoping to have the Empire and a preview for Brettonia out before the Old World Edition drops.
Decomposed 13. jan. 2017 kl. 7:11
Hello! My advice would be to complete at least Empire and then release the mod, because as it is not many people will sit through such an early testing phase.

When you are ready release a beta that has most of the features you want to include and use the feedback to fix bugs and balance things out. Write down a clear description of what your mod changes and add pictures for some of the things/stats changed from vanilla. People like to read details and see pictures before subscribing to mods :)

Of course since you are new to modding, I would suggest to release 1-2 simpler mods first to get comfortable with the tools and receive your first feedback. Then you can proceed to a more ambitious project like an overhaul.

Please don't take this as teaching or anything, I'm very new to modding too (3 months old :P), I'm just throwing out some friendly advice and nothing more.

Good luck with your mods, I'm looking forward to your creations! Cheers.
