Have fun with that. I did two small custom asteroids... took a day of render time (for each one) to convert them for use in Space Engineers.

Genius idea, copy this moon's 3D model and insert it in a 3D application, then down-scale it and program it into Space Engineers as a rlly big asteroid.

I don't know if it works but the idea is great.

@737 Garrus - the minimum size allowed is 19km diameter. What you need is a custom asteroid created in a 3D application and converted for use in SE... which is not easy and takes a very, very long time to make.

Can this be made as a really big asteroid or a really small planet? I want to make a construct just like this one.

Actually, you're right. Because my heightmaps are different, it doesn't work with the Easy Start Moon. Will make it a separate mod.

Thanks for the suggestion.

@Drakon - Done and done. This is now a replacement mod. If folks want a separate version, I will do one. I'm going to do a more server friendly version anyway. Since it doesn't look like you changed anything in the PlanetGeneratorDefinitions file, I don't believe you even need that in your mod anymore. So, now you can just link to this and it will work.

In fact, it would be nice if you did =)(At least separately, for those who do not want a replacement) It would be even more logical.
Then, I would just remove the excess, and be posted link to your mod.
The main problems with Easy Start, if you do replace the texture.

Basically I united for itself, because like it much more than vanilla.

Did I understand correctly?

Thats sick

@Drakon - it's cool. I like the idea of a vanilla Moon replacement mod and will likely do one myself. If you just add the proper configs so that the ice gets placed correctly and the textures work the way I intended... and put my name in your description, it's all good. If you want to make you're own to include in your mod... that's cool, too. Obviously, I don't own the publicly available DEMs of the Moon available on the internet or the vanilla heightmaps that Keen created. I just figure, if you're going to use my mod to create vanilla file replacement versions of Earth and the Moon, use the entire mod, including the configs, and give me proper credit (including my username). Seems fair, yes?

Sorry that is not immediately written.
Of all that he had seen the best (vanilla too flat), and therefore added to his.
As written, if I could make my own. But I would not want to repeat. :steamhappy:

Love it, GG!

Fixed.

Doh! Good catch! That's what comes of working late at night.

I find a mistake in your MoonPlanet, line 231 in position 65 :
<DefaultSurfaceMaterial Material="MoonRocks" MaxDepth="10"/>"/>

And the gravity on the Moon is 0.1654 g, no 0.25 g.

Ouah ! Very beautiful ! Good work ! :steamhappy:
