None of the mods I use break the achievements....

TY for your list of preferred mods. Is there a list of game-breaking MODs? I used the MINT mod--especially useful when first learning the game. However, it broke all achievements until I disabled it. Are there any other achievement breakers? EX: Does CAR PARKING DECK break achievements because it is an unfair spawner of visitors to the tower?
