Kostet, the author has stated that it's a music Addition mod. You're asking for a Replacer. You're best off getting one of his other fantasy-based replacers for the meantime, such as his Zelda or Diablo 2 replacers.

It's in this format because adding replacer on replacer causes the game to CTD (It'll crash on startup). Addition mods add music to the game without crashing, but that's because they're custom additions instead of replacing the actual vanilla music.

Music is there, but only temporarily on new planets. After some time, again all the old.

Try exploring a new vanilla world.
