engine breaks by its own

still dosent work

i do understand that being told "do it yourself" is very disappointing. so i'll at least lay out how to do a quick fix without needing a rebuild:
- Set the powered wheels in the top engine to 5
- set the powered wheels in the bottom engine to 3.8
- add an a brace connected to nothing else, to each of the unpowered wheels in both engines.

This should allow it fly again, if still a bit wonky.
(i also just found out i can't actually update the file because my workshop is so large. the game freezes when i try)

the problem is that wheels have changed. this would mean rebuilding the propulsion system. should you want to do that by all means go ahead. i just don't have the time nor motivation to put in that effort for a machine this old. There are far better fully functional machines out there that deserve more attention than this one.

clearly i just meant this ONE machine which should be but a moment to correct for the games update to make it usable

i never once mentioned any other machine or plural machines

i will not be updating machines that are over 7 years old. there's no longer an audience large enough to warrant the time and effort to fix hundreds of machines

additionally when i did change the thrust wheels to auto it did work but had less control which makes me feel its an ingame issue more than a mod issue so i would wonder at if this thing needs an update

when i tried to use this it used to work then an update for the game came out and this resulted in this particular ship thing to stop flying

try playing on a friends PC or a different one via a different account on a different system

for me this thing stopped working years ago and its sad because when it did work it was amazing

it's old, and probably broken. if not that, you should read the description and try again

They’re toggle buttons tho. You press right shift once, and it turns on. I tried it after you said it didn’t work and found that nothing was wrong.

@Brammer001 the shift to accelerate thing does not work (i can make a video) the ctrl to reverse also does not work ... the only way to get it to fly in the current version of besiege is to set the thrust wheels to automatic

Turns out this is too good for the plane racing map. It refuses to crash.

I have a reskinned version with a fixed camera on my workshop items.

I put a camera on it so I can fly it with what I'm comfortable with. Besides, it's not difficult to put one on it.

Because i really dislike flying with a fixed camera. I simply didn't think about putting one in.

R-Shift stands for Right Shift. Because there's a left shift too, so i figured i was pretty clear. Apparently not.

i cant go forward i press r and shift and tried them alone nothing happend in zero g and non zero g same with armor

It should even be able to pitch up and down when standing still on the ground. Are you perhaos pressing the up arrow to pitch up? If so, try it the other way around.

@zack you first click on subscribe, then go into besiege (and make sure it's launched from steam) and open the saves window. then click on the steam logo and it should be there. hope it helped, at least a bit.
