Looks nice! I'd suggest some more pictures, preferable some showing it in a city. The asset editor doesn't show off buildings as nice as they are and some ppl don't look twice when there's no shots from in a city. :)

Also you'll want to make the LOD less tris than the main model. Below 100 and as low as possible without loosing the shape of it. Something like this should prob be possible to get below 30. Feel free to poke me if you need a hand or it isn't clear what I mean. :)

Good model! We need more assets like these! :) But one question. I have no other w2w building in low density commercial. Shouldn't it rather be L1 high commercial? :)
