I tested it after Sunset Harbour DLC's patch (I don't have DLC itsefl). It does work.

Seems to be an E/Ezh modification with different/additional headlights and the modern blue yellow livery.

nice!! I visited kyiv not long ago and correct me if im wrong but they are still using them right? coz I traveled the moetro and the carts there are similar
