I still load up the game and play this challenge from time to time. :) I enjoyed making and playing this one several times. Some of these mods are likely outdated now though, but may try it again.

(If you run into an issue with Rush Hour, you can disable that mod and load your save game. Then save it, and then re-enable Rush hour in the main menu. Then re-load that city. This fixed the issue I was having when the population was around 310k.)

Please subscribe to the collection via this link (mods, assets), and then enable the mods listed in the description. http://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=826881725 . Control N from in game lets you switch music stations. If you can't place train tracks, metro tracks, etc. after the disaster(s) just plop a new terminal down which will lets you build.
