Good news, I was able with the help of Whiplash's MART script and some work, I have fixed the turret system. issue is that the howtzier seems heavier then the rotor may handle, thus the turret is still finiky about moving up/down, but still moves left and right. sadly I will not publish it as I have not contacted the original maker @jura7 regarding it, as I did it to make it useable for myself. if they want though i would be more then happy to send them the edited model.

update: modified somewhat to use Whiplash MART script to try to fix turret system. seemed to work but it seems the howtizer is heavier then the rotor itself can handle. still doing more testing.

I also found a solution via replacing lower Rotor (AZ) with a advanced rotor and removing connector to remove jittering, but i have yet to be able to control it again even with a remote control re added. i am unsure if this is due to the rotor i am using or something else. other issue i have discovered is i can move turret left/right but not up/down.

as of version 1.185.8:
Gun mod seems to have ben fixed, and now works. issue i am having is the turret is very jittery. i managed to fix my carfully replacing the blocks directly next to the rotor with blastdoors.

the gun is shoting but it dindt hit the target even the target is in front. and the shels are droped in the arty, by my game they dindt just fall out normal.. and i cant drive with it... the turret works fine.... but not the movement... did u know what i have to do?

then what am i doing wrong with my tank i have the remote on the gun yes it is connected to the turret by a rotor and the whole turret is connected to the base by a rotor yet it will only control the berrel not the turrets head as on your vehicle?

awsome death machine but how did you make it so the turret is controled so easily i have a tank that uses a rotor turret but i can only get it to move freely up and down not up+down+side to side how did you get it to do that?

if you ask me those launchers always has the same problems in vanilla SE
if you make them easy to use in survival ( battery powered and using mergeblocks to disconnect ) the rockets fills way to much
if you use reactors and rotors instead, now its not practical anymore, as you now need to add fuel to each rocket before you can use them

have u thought about making a second version which is just a large rack of rocket launchers (2x6?) much like some of the large missile launcher vheicles used in the army?
something like the M270 MLRS.

wasted most of one of my eavenings trying to explain to him that it woud be handy if his retractable stairs on small grid was 1x1x1 instead of a massive 5x5x5, or to at least have both versions, 100% failed
and i have noticed that he mostly replies to possitive comments, and tends to ignore comments containing big reports or just any form of critisism

HAHA, I converted my cargo truck to mount this gun on a turret when it first came out. Nice to see someone give the mod a little love on the workshop, nice work. Mine is partially inclosed by doors which open to a 45 degree angle then the gun raises up on a piston and the rotors are then release to aim. I was thinking about making a new truck just for it that has collectors on the floor around the gun just to pick up the casings so they can be reloaded. I did mess around with a 3 gun set up, the destruction was awesome, lol.

@kris220b You have to load it by hand like the majority of howitzers used today, and when the ammo capacity is 20-200 pending world settings it holds plenty. And unless you are just leaving the casings behind someone needs to be back there picking up and reloading anyways.
