Your mods have been a long time staple of the SE community. While life can get in the way and it's understandable we can't always expect everything to be kept up to date, it would be a shame to see them no longer usable.

Thanks for the comments! Glad you like it, but it's of course still mostly Eikes work. I just cleaned it up a bit and tried to find a solution to get the particles working again in a way that looked close/acceptable.

I'll be honest, it has been a bit at this point and I had nearly forgotten that I had even done this. hah.

Let me iron up a few things and I'll see about publishing it.

@Dumpshock given that Elkester hasn't engaged with this page for a couple of years I would say you should publish. You've done the decent thing by asking permission and I'm sure you'd take it down if he objects at some point. I've looked at your render and it's a massive improvement over vanilla. Do it!

Could you also add a decorative version with and without normal astronauts? I'm doing a build of a ship with giant cryo bays, but adding a couple hundred active unconnected cryo bays eats PCU.

It's much better than vanilla cryopod. The only problem is the viewing angle is screwed up. You can't look forward when inside.

tried it a few days ago and I was looking through the back of my head and in the wrong direction.
Was kind freaky at first but funny too. Hope Keen fixes their error with the camera.

as i have said there is nothing i can do about the camera issue, still waiting for keen to fix it as they changed the code to no longer read the camera dummy in the model

Like the other people say the astronaut is facing the rear of the tank, also the green light is white when empty, goes green when inside, and remain green after exit.

nope its not, the reason is the "camera" empty is no longer used in the code and now its using a fixed location and orientation

"<InteriorModel>PATH GOES HERE</InteriorModel>" is missing from the cubeblocks definitions file for this mod, so there is no defined interior separate from the exterior model it would seem. This may be why people are having a reverse idle animation while inside of it.

@Dark there is no animation in this mod, i'm using the vanilla idle animation so if there is anything wrong then its in the idle pose

Love your work any chance we could get a annimation update for this, seems the arms brake soon as you use this or get out of it. on DS and SP ./ local MP tried all the reverions currently open for SE non-make a diffrence.

These are awesome, and i intend to use them for everything now!

But i have a request. I love the decorative versions, can we get a third type? Ive been looking all across the workshop, and i can't find a mod for an already occupied Cryochamber. I need it to build a scenario about clonning and such, and need a entire facility full of these things that look exactly like the player.
(also maybe one occupied by zombies as a possibility? Another scenario idea of mine.)
