"Step 1: Go into Steam, hover over Libary and click on Tools" ---- Except, there is no "tools" option. There are only 3 options when you do that, none are for tools. In fact I can find no tools option anywhere when mousing over the various Steam departments (Store, Community, View, etc)
For Locating the Skyrim Creation Kit you have to search the web for it. On a quick Google, this link came up: https://store.steampowered.com/app/1946180/Skyrim_Special_Edition_Creation_Kit/
In my case, I downloaded the CK from there but it won't launch. And yes, I wait for it. Nothing happens.
No games other than Bethesda games are this much hassle just to get them to work properly.

Your mod sucks. Made everything even worse.

ive already downloaded every sex-related mod. but ive actually been looking for a mod to fix this so i dont have people with 3 different skin tones going around thank you.
