The music that was for some reason playing. it seems somehow the sound caches of the mod were stuck to my game but uninstalling the game, removing any sound caches left behind and restarting my computer then installing the game solved the issue.

By sounds do you mean the voice lines or the music?
Because there are no sound replacements in this.

So i installed and played the mod, and enjoyed it, but the sounds of the mod keep playing in vanilla, i tried uninstalling the mod and reinstalling the entire game and it still plays the sounds addded by the mod. Any idea how to fix it?

i have subscribe this, and i think what all be normal and things... BUT! All what i have is: purple and black textures and rainbow error in start room. I can't handle it, so i desided to don't go to the next room. Because i turn off game after this, but anyway, what do i do to make mod go normalish?

If you do, please type snd_restart in the console and load the game again.

Make sure you have ou subscribed to this addon and the map addon.
Then quit the game and let the files download.

If that doesn't make it download the fles, restart steam.

Yeah there seems to be a bug with the steam workshop that affects some people at random,
try to restart bms and see if it helps, otherwise resub to the resources pack and see if it helps.

If that still doesn't work, in your steamapps\workshop\content\362890\822421143
is the .vpks for the materials, models and sounds. You can manually extract them into your common\black mesa\bms\
folder with GCFscape.

um... I downloaded the map and it has missing textures and I have the resource pack

Cause I had an issue when I tried to upload everything, so in the end I just went for having two packages.

+ It makes updating the maps a bit easier.
+ I can use the textures from this pack for future maps without having to upload the same textures again.

Why is this separate from the maps?
