Ragnarøk 31 mrt 2023 om 4:23
Can you please update this mod to the latest game version?
Necrolyte 7 feb 2020 om 15:28
Great mod!:steamhappy:
Zarkis  [auteur] 5 jan 2020 om 23:11
It works with savegames. But changes to prices can take a few turns.
chickabumpbump 5 jan 2020 om 5:36
Is this active to saves or do I need to start again? It has not affected my income.
leonthejohnny 30 aug 2019 om 8:14

Mokuba Kaiba 10 dec 2018 om 9:59

Zarkis  [auteur] 10 dec 2018 om 8:42

Mokuba Kaiba 9 dec 2018 om 11:30
does this mod allow orcs to trade with other factions
Zarkis  [auteur] 1 dec 2018 om 22:35
Both mods work.
GE0 1 dec 2018 om 8:27
Does this mod still work? I tried the other mod "Happiness Matters" but it seemed to be broken.
MAG 31 mei 2018 om 11:22
Sorry for bothering, but it seems to be popular topic :) - maybe you know a tutorial where commodities and similar mechanics are explained?
Zarkis  [auteur] 31 mei 2018 om 2:08
They should fall over time if you haven't installed the mod previously. Don't remember how much.
Seb 26 mei 2018 om 23:27
Hey, I was wondering how were the prices for the commodities lowered? I saw that you doubled the value on Background_resource_supply, what does that actually do? Will the prices of commodities eventually fall to half their original value, or is it something else?
Zarkis  [auteur] 1 mei 2018 om 8:33
It takes some time until the prices are adjusted.
MAG 1 mei 2018 om 5:02
Hey Zarkis, thanks for answering, but I tried to check it changing the value eg to 10000 or 80000 (also staring new game) and prices of trade resources stay the same - 20 for gems and 12 for salt. Actually my first thought was that prices are in commodities_tables, but changing them also does not seem to have any effect.
Zarkis  [auteur] 30 apr 2018 om 3:53
It's true. Background_resource_supply lowers the prices.
MAG 29 apr 2018 om 11:09
Hey Zarkis, thanks for the mod, in the description you have "prices for commodities were adjusted accordingly to not inflate the economy" - is that really true? With PFM I see that you only changed background_resource_supply and number_of_regions -> resource_consumption.
xtz 31 okt 2017 om 22:46
save game compatible?
Atlantika 1 okt 2017 om 18:27
how does it compare to yours though.
voice of enigma 1 okt 2017 om 11:38
wow, interesting, you know how?
Zarkis  [auteur] 1 okt 2017 om 7:57
It may not be necessary, because CA changed the resource distribution already.
voice of enigma 30 sep 2017 om 13:25

Atlantika 26 sep 2017 om 17:31

Armad 22 sep 2017 om 22:59
there is a change my last finished game i ended it with 4k+ income per turn. when i enabled this mod it became a whopping 12k income per turn hahaha maybe because of my vassals and trades with them dunno why so much increase
Zarkis  [auteur] 22 sep 2017 om 12:09
Try again. Should work now.
Revan519 22 sep 2017 om 6:34
i dont think it works with sfo try it both one with and without and no change
Zarkis  [auteur] 20 sep 2017 om 8:05
It works, but the balance is different. Can't say in which way. You will probably make a bit more money with my mod.
Cachudo pero feliz 19 sep 2017 om 19:22
This does not work with SFO?
Revan519 18 sep 2017 om 14:58
so this dont work with SFO
Cachudo pero feliz 17 sep 2017 om 18:54
Great mod, ty
Grim 1 sep 2017 om 3:58
i will try it. thx!

i wonder that i'm playing as Empire (vanilla) i'm not able to trade with my neighbors like middleland, etc. - make no sence for me. or?

maybe there is a way the solve this with a mod? that would be great.
Zarkis  [auteur] 28 aug 2017 om 7:58
Yes. All my mods in fact.
Kyrios 27 aug 2017 om 15:13
Hello Zarkis : this mod is compatible with Ai Advanced Mod ?
Dixie Normus 27 aug 2017 om 7:38
Thanks, Zarkis.
TheDeeps 27 aug 2017 om 6:19
Thanks for the mod, just out of curiosity about how much of your income ends up coming from trade with this? Despite it being dumb that most of our resources end up not being utilized I always liked how tariff income never got anywhere close to general taxation income (in the real world, the US gov gets about 1% of its tax revenue from tarrifs, and the average government gets about 3.5%).
Vulsion 25 aug 2017 om 20:51
Seriously, the trading system in this game is too shallow and doesn't make any sense. As a leader of a nation I should be able to control tariffs and export prices, as well as use diplomacy to get a more lucrative trade deal.
athelasloraiel 25 aug 2017 om 11:35
its great mod thnx
Zarkis  [auteur] 25 aug 2017 om 10:39
For people worried about the balance in vanille: In my current empire campaign with a lot of trade partners I make 4814 trade income with the mod and 4286 without the mod. That's less then 15% difference. The problem with vanilla is, that even with that many trade partners, I only trade a third of my commodities and building new resource buildings is not cost effective. În vanilla I always went with the standard industry buildings. That's why I made this mod in the first place. :)
Zarkis  [auteur] 25 aug 2017 om 10:38
It technically works, but SFO has changed the buildings, so the resource output is different. I can't say what impact on the economy of SFO my mod has.
Revan519 24 aug 2017 om 20:27
i dont think this works with SFO
Dixie Normus 22 aug 2017 om 7:34
Anyone know if this works as intended with Steel Faith Overhaul? SFO adds some trade resources I believe like from cattle pens. Will those scale with the mod or does every resource use own tables?
athelasloraiel 17 aug 2017 om 15:29
is it working with norsca update?
Kaelis 14 aug 2017 om 0:50
Love this mod, thanks a lot.
Zombie Lenin 12 aug 2017 om 0:37
Many thanks, great mod
Zarkis  [auteur] 12 aug 2017 om 0:33
I lowered the income from commodities slightly (by around 10 percent). While relying trade as your primary income can be risky, and should therefore give you more money, the reward compared to the risk was a bit too high.
Mumion der Unsterbliche 11 aug 2017 om 1:12
Update pls
Rhedd 10 aug 2017 om 18:23
Does this still work after the Norsca update?
