We actually used these in MP for a little planet battle. They are best dropped off in the general direction you want them to go, then push the button and follow in behind them.

once i set the group to pirates, the wheels are also owned by them so even though the button is owned by me (and can be used by anyone), it doesn't actually work :/ not sure how it would??

So do these spawn randomly or are they spawned in and you have to set them to pirates, I'm looking for a mod that adds planet side attack drones.

Hi, I found the drone is doing the opposite frome what it is supposed to do. When I get in front of it it just evades the player

Found anonther way to use it,set it's ownership tuo first colonist.and it will be a loyal bodyguard

Any way to make these just spawn in active periodically like a few kms from the player or from a pirate station when they're on a planet?

This also means all pirate drones are broken since they use roughly the same script.

If some of the systems are under the Pirate Faction, wouldn't defenses on a friendly base shoot at the drone?

@Graphic_Wing If you got more than one Guardian they would probably attack each others pirate parts if the cannon should attack pirates or other threats.

I've tried it in MP, but it just blows off it's wheels and after that it refuses to move around

If you exclude the turret from the pirate faction it wont attack you but wil keep following you.

Will it act as a guardian if you only set the group to pirate, or edit a option in the computer?
