Pardon me for asking this, but just curious, are the future subway cars your going to make be 8 car lengths across them all?
Other than that, the remade R142 and R62 look great!

@divud1 - Right now my plan is to make/remake the full active fleet (R62/A, R142/A, R160/143/179, R68/A, R46), plus the two recent departures (R32 and R42). After that, if I still want to do subway trains, I'm planning on some redbirds and the Arnines. I currently don't have any plans for R30s.

@Velocity264C / Raptor - I will probably not make a separate R179 since it is so visually similar to the R160. For the same reason, I am not planning on making a separate R143.

Can you make the R179, even though its similar to the R160.

@Velocity264C / Raptor - all trains include line colors, even in some places where it would be the plain red LED display in real life. The R142 also has the red sections on the front line colored as well.

Are the R46 and R62 train line color changeable? R46 Blue, Orange, Grey, Yellow, Lime Green, Brown. R62 Red, Green and Purple?

R62/R142 - 240 pax (30 * 8)
R32/R46/R160 - 180 pax (30 * 6)

Why are the R32/R46/R160 carrying less passengers than the R62/R142? Should the capacities be around 240-300 passengers for the R32/R46/R160?

Also, Jason Smithgoar has made the WMATA 6000 and 7000 series.

I can't wait for the R211's to come out... I think It's in Plan now and said to replace the R32's R44's and most R46's. Would like to see that in the future.

@j4lambert - The Metro 7000 series is much requested, but I am extremely busy and have a few more projects I need to finish up before I do anything totally new. (Also, I usually do equipment local to me, or that I have been on, and I don't live in DC!)

@mcarn101 - The R179s look great, but they look so similar to the R160s that it makes no sense for a whole new train. The only update I really have planned for this is a fix for the too-short R46 cars.

@bsquiklehausen do you plan to add more to this? I was thinking you should look at the R179

any chance for a LIRR or Metro north Rail or subway car??

hi, i love the nyc metro cars u created. They look fantastic great job!!! I wanted to ask, if you`d like to create them also as props, so people can decorate their depots and things

@mcam101 - My area of expertise is American assets, so I think I am going to stick with them before I start making things from other countries. I believe there are some other MOM compatible Underground trains, though!
