I've fixed the tome that spawns at the start being set as a sword, apparently it was because the loadout type was set to weapon. Changing it to armour fixed it. I'll upload a fixed version of the mod.

Well, this would've been awesome if it worked. Blink is, by far, the best spell ever, but given that I can't use it, it's kinda...well, useless. If the solution is simple enough, why not edit the description of the mod on this page and offer a download link to mediafire or something and a description of where to put the missing file?

If the solution is that easy why not just do it offiially?

Yeah, quite a few people have been complaining about it not being there... it's been ages since I've worked on this, so I can't remember off the top of my head what's the problem, or if I ever figured it out. Sorry I can't be of more help, but if you have a poke in the game's files you should be able to find a suitable image, copy and rename it to arcane_rift32.png, and you should be good to go.

I've kind of stopped working on this tbh, since I don't they fixed the uploader yet... off the top of my head, it sounds like you're missing an expansion pack, have you got both RotDG and YHTNEP?

i have the demonic_circle error, bot skill and image... please fix this

It's curious that there is this recurring error... the image should be there. I might just put my own copy of the image in the mod if some people don't have it for some reason. And all this is still dependant on being able to reupload this mod. Guess what publisher still isn't working? >.<

I have the Arcane_rift32.png error as well, and I have all three expansions installed. I don't have a problem with any other mods, some of which even require all three expansions at once. The mod looks really interesting, but I can't really say anything about it because I've not been able to load it.

Well It started working, so no idea what the problem is. Looking forward to seeing the fix for the phasing/transdementional dodge, and hopeing for a class change from sword to tome for the "weapon" you start with.

Sorry, slight mistake on my part - you need the second expansion (YHTNTEP) installed. If you've got it and it still isn't working, I'm not sure what the problem is... it works fine for me.

@hellyale: Good catch! I think I know how to fix it, but unfortunately the publisher is a little bit broken for me atm, so I can't update this mod... hopefully it'll get fixed.

Hey man, love the mod, one bug I noticed, donno if you can fix it, is that Phasing, and transdimensional dodge (from the artful dodging tree) cannot be used at the same time.

If there is someway to fix that, that would be awesom thanks, again love the mod, 5/5 stars!!!

@samaelwolf: I know, I don't have a clue why. I tried copying one of the existing tomes, changing its name and using it, and it still counts as a sword. I put a comment in the XML to much the same effect.

@Mai Kitty and @Doctor Cube: Sounds like you're missing RotDG - do you have this expansion installed?

If this is the mod that keeps giving me Principles of Existentialism, I think you gave that item the wrong item type. It's currently classified as a Sword class weapon instead of a Tome.

Only thing I dislike about this mod, is it sounds to much like generic fantasy, rather than keeping the style of humor Dungeons of Dredmor is known for.

YHTNTEP It is the second expansion pack, which you can get for free. It stands for 'You have to name the expansion pack', because you can change that name that appears on the main screen to whatever you want.
