Without this mod do you have to kill parthnax to get the blades armour?

would be awesome if there would exist a light armor version of the blades armor!

I've been looking for a Blades Armor mod. You seem like you might appreciate the aesethetics of the Blades Armor as much as I do. What I just want to be able to do is wear Blades Armor the whole time, but have them acquire the proper buffs as I level my smithing skill. Something that I guess can just replace say, Glass Armor, with the Blades meshes. You think that's something a non-coder like myself can do or would you be willing to try something like that?

This mod would be perfect if it listed the armour under steel. oterwise, 9/10.

i can improve all of the armor but i cant improve the sword...it's a bug ? or its normally

Why have you made this mod? If you have the anchanted smithing perk, which is fairly easy to reach, you can craft this amor and weapons by default.

Could you delete the anvil? It gets in the way if you have other mods that redesign Sky Haven Temple. Nearly every other HT mod that I've seen use the armory extensively. The only thing people seem to leave alone is the table where you placed your book on.

Fantastic mod. I use the swords as my primary weapons dual wielding now. Slightly less powerful than the deadra swords but much better looking in my opinion, and the power loss is hardly noticable. Now if only there were a light armor version of blades armor, I would be in Skyrim samurai warrior heaven!

Way to OP for 2 leather strips, one iron ingot and 3 steel ingots!

Oh, and in case you didn't know, and want to rectify that, everything after 2E 896 is 3rd era.

This has probably been said, but the book has a couple of errors.

Talos wasn't a god until Tiber Septim died, which was clearly after he founded the empire, in 2E 896. So that's incorrect, I don't think the akaviri would have worshipped him in any case.
Also, the dragonguard were men, but from akavir rather than Tamriel, at least at first. So men could always serve.

Not a big issue, but for the sake of immersion, and the sanity of those that are far more concerned with correctness than I, I felt compelled to point this out.

It is on the table next to Dragonbane in the skyhaven armory.

I noticed in your description that you are afraid to change the material catagory that the sword is put into in the crafting menu. I believe all you have to do is change the keyword displayed on the right side of the item window in the CK from MaterialSteel to MaterialDaedric or dragonbone, or whatever you want. You can change it to MaterialSilver I think to place it in the Misc. catagory along with your armor. That keyword is the single thing in the CK that changes the catagory that craftable items are stored in.

If I were you though, I would just place every piece of gear in a heavy armor catagory other than Misc. because every modder for some reason wants to place their unique stuff in the Misc. catagory.

Other actors seem to have the same problem. I think it's a problem that Lydia, among others, don't have the proper animations set on them. Derkeethus, for example, works perfectly fine.

Drone .45: I was talking to him yesterday about it, he took it down because this mod came out the day after which had more features, but this mod doesn't have a required perk to improve the armour whis his did. Not majorly important since everybody has all the perks unlocked anyway.

@Orgcon: There was.. it disapeared somehow, it's not the first mod i see disapearing. Maybe the user got steambanned or took it down.

Is it possible to make a craftable two-handed blades sword (same model). Kinda like how its done in the 'reverse dagger mod' via the forge, and maybe even including a reverse blade option, or is that asking too much? :S
