This just looks like a reskin of the Sharpened Volcano Fragment...I say this should NOT be added to the game.
kkwruzhiizmcl 15 Mar, 2014 @ 12:17pm

Saint Alfonso 8 Mar, 2014 @ 5:10pm
It should be added to the game and be a reskin of the Sharpened Volcano Fragment.
DragonIRL 6 Mar, 2014 @ 5:03pm
it should work like the ulapool caber where it burns the target and crits them and causes bleeding but it breaks after the first hit and does only 25% damage after but still causes bleeding
ShiverMeTendies 5 Mar, 2014 @ 6:10pm
texture needs some work, and add fire on the end

Reskin for sharpened volcano fragment? Sounds like a good idea to me. :3

death6199 25 Feb, 2014 @ 10:41am

@ScootaLewis - yes, that seems appropriate

This is really cool. I reckon you could use The Conscientious Objecter as part of the crafting.

A interesting bonus would be that this does not count as metal when the weapon is dropped on death.
Vale 14 Jul, 2012 @ 5:30pm
Mabey it could be like a sharpened volcano fragment but does less fire damage and more physycal damage.
Jack_VS_Jack 14 Jul, 2012 @ 6:16am
you should work on the burned texture to make it look more natural
Tinkle Tyrant 13 Jul, 2012 @ 8:11pm

I'm upvoting this because the author took constructive criticism from someone more experienced and is working to improve it.

I think the model is a little flat, at the moment, and the texture feels more like cardboard than wood. A rounded handle (like a signpost) would do wonders for improving the depth of the weapon.

I think this would be a great Volcano fragment reskin.

Thanks for the tips KarkasMolenKlok, I'll try improving the model.

Okay it's a fine concept and I think that it could do just fine, but it definitely needs refinement:

The textures overall just need work. I suggest this as a reference on how to do that weathered, splintered, scorched board texture, though I also recommend this .

The charred bits look very superficially painted on. It seems like it needs more of a red orange element interspersed.

I rather like the nails, but I think the boards themselves could be improved both in their shape and as a handle.

This is nice, make some stats, and your good to go.
