in my case i can craft the helmet and the shield without any smithing perk.all option available under dragon section once you learn dragon smithing. and btw you can enchant smithing to the shield which is weird but ok

Gorgeous, gorgeous armor set. I love how it comes with two different versions so i can switch out according to weather and climate. 11/10. I had no problem finding it and it runs perfectly on the standard female body that vanilla skyrim offers players. No crashes, no bugs <3
