in my case i can craft the helmet and the shield without any smithing perk.all option available under dragon section once you learn dragon smithing. and btw you can enchant smithing to the shield which is weird but ok

cant find it under steel. is it importaint to start a new game after subbing to this mod or am i just fucking blind?

the only thing I was disappointed with was that the helm could not connect with the circlets.
