@Richard de Bonn Currently all my mods are set that you cannot create titles if you own the de jure liege title. However, for Austria that doesn’t quite make sense so I will probably remove that when I import this into my German Realms mod.

@Sum Fuk It is all of my mods that add cultures (excluding Kingdom of Great Britain). I have a modified dynasties file in them, and it doesn't include the new cultures. I am working to fix that but I do have many many things to do in addition.

why does this mod break the jade dragon cultures? all Han an Tibet cultures are of dynasty smith for me. if its not this mod plz tell me so i can shuffle through my mods thanks and great mod!

@MitsuruMochida Yes, it was causing several CTDs that I just couldn’t fix. I may re-add it at a later date when I figure it out a bit more, but for now it’s gone.

@The Iron Statesman Honestly, I think reading the CK2 wiki pages on decision missing would be better than having me explain it here. And as for culture, I’m basing it on how Bavarians, Saxons, Austrians, and Rhenish, and etc at this time are all speaking different dialects, different customs, despite being all ‘German’

Also if you ever have time to explain how this modding works for decision-making stuff I could def be happy to help out in the future with projects that you may have.

Austrian culture thing I would ignore cause honestly Austrians haven't viewed themselves as non-German till much later after the wars really and only after considerable Allied intervention. So I would stick with German culture as well. Just a purely decision mod to form the King-tier level Archduchy of Austria (coloured white) if you own the three duchies, and have the gold and piety requirements.

I am trying to think main things. I am a very big historical person, so trying to think of anything. Yea so aside it being a King level title, and coloured white: trying to think what you need to form it. I suppose the same cost as forming an ordinary Kingdom in Charlemagne 300 Gold is it? And some Piety? I'd require Duchy of Austria, Duchy of Tirol and Duchy of Kärnten (Carenthia) as well I'd say. Just to make it fulfill the three duchy rule and not being much of an exception compared to the other Kingdoms.

I'd even ignore the culture aspect - how long do you think it would take to code to make a purely Archduchy of Austria (Kingtier) title, coloured white with that image as a decision? Purely that - would that take a lot or much more simplier compared to having the rest added in?

I think the issue with the last icon if I remember was it was either too big compared to the rest, or it didn't have the single black pixel border around it which made it look off a little. I made it in 2 seconds but needs to be transparent which I am not too familiar with.

Yea I can try and figure it out. I could just look at the other icons and replace the banner in there. I don't think you should be able to make Austro-Hungarian Empire - I think you should just stick to making the Archduchy playable. After that you can add further decisions - would take less time to code for you, and I think most people are def into the Archduchy itself.

@The Iron Statesman I can definitely make Austria white on the map, and if you’re willing to try and make the decision icon that would be amazing! I tried to make it a bit like the pre-existing ‘Create HRE’ decision, but my skills are lacking in that department.

Would it be possible for you to mod it so that the colour for the Archduchy is as white as possible? Like in EU IV etc or Vicky where it is white. The icon for the decision, could this be made to fit the rest? I am happy to try and do the icon for you to fit properly.

This makes me very happy, I'm Austrian myself and always wanted to play as an archduke :)

You should be able to say, put it into microsoft paint and just fit in a flag properly. I'd even just post a request in CK II Subreddit and ask if someone can make a nice piece of artwork for you - they are super friendly. It is a brilliant mod, and I am sure people would help you out with that.

Well no rush! But if you do it it will be much enjoyed! :D Just moved to Vienna for studying German so I am kinda in the Habsburg mood now haha

No worries. I just have the worst timing for things. As soon as I heard of this month and wanted to try it was just before the new Chinese version came out so fml - any chance you will remedy this mod? No pressure. Just curious cause I think it is a great addition :) Also, if you do revise it some more, may I suggest moding the icon for the decision so it looks more like the other options? Currently from memory of how it ought to look, it is just a flag imposed in the area? I think if you rectified that, that it would really add to the esthetics. :) Other than that, great work and really looking forward to hearing if you will be updating it :)

@The Iron Statesman This is because I'm a lazy bugger who got addicted to working on other stuff. I haven't updated this mod to anything past 2.6.x, so it doesn't work for later versions.

Is it just me or does this no longer work for Crusader Kings? Seems like once the Chinese thing got added, the game won't load properly. Anyone else get this as an issue?
