If I use it in a commercial product, would you like to appear in the credit? And if so, what should I write?

For those who can't find the enemies, after copying the .json, go to: '363890 \ 802068219 \ img \ enemies'.

The extra enemies + the base ones are in that folder.

I replace the Enemies.json from your project to mine and it doesn't add the enemies. Why is that? I even took the battler folder and replaced it with the one in my project and some enemies don't have their images :s

Sure, no problem.
1. Subscribe to this workshop item to download the workshop item.
2. Open your project, or create a new project.
3. Select Game->Open Folder.
4. In file explorer, open the data folder.
5. In another file explorer, go to C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\363890\802068219\data.
6. Copy Enemies.json from step 5 into step 4.
7. In your project, select Tools->Database and click the Enemies tab. Enjoy your new enemies.

Let me know if you need anything else.

Mostly for using the art no? I dont want to ofense anyone. But obviously you have to restat the enemies for having sense in a game. The example before, a dragon is worse than a zombie. You also have to make the animation for the battle. Its of because you have the previous draw so you can just modify the image in a copy to make animations. Also is free for commercial use. This is only a comment reviewing the pros and cons of this mod. Its very good to have this and also im going to use it. So, nice work

If you are looking for a starting database that has stats that MAKE SENSE, this is not for you. The monster stats increase according to alphabetical rank. Monsters with names that start with A are weak and a Z monster is super strong. None of the monsters have skills assigned either so the vampire doesnt have a life drain skill nor will a dragon have a breath weapon skill.This file along with the Many Magical Items and Skill files probably get a lot of downloads because people think that they are getting something else.

If you want a useful expanded default database for skills, items, and monsters, check out a Youtube video by Driftwood Gaming called Start With More Stuff.

It's all the monsters that are already in the game in a single database.

@kmike570 Yea. The point was more to get all the monsters into a database and then let the user modify the monsters. I suppose I could have created monsters of each attack type, fire bat, water bat, etc but yea, the increasing difficulty is alphabetical.

I don't think so but perhaps I did something wrong when I replaced the enemies file? Anyhow, the monsters are increasing difficult.... in alphabetical order, so a Zombie is really super powerful compared to something in the Ds like a Dragon. Also, the attack elements seem to have been randomly assigned. For example, rats and jelly fish have the fire attack element.

I haven't look into the Battle Engine. I bet you would have more luck getting an answer on the regular forums. Sorry I couldn't help.

Specials are already in MV but Penta Slash comes in a plugin, Yanfly's I believe. I'm not familiar with the subject though.

Small Question. Any particular way of doing the whole "Special" moves along with your class skills? Not sure how to explain but in the menu, theres the special section and theres (NAME of class) skills section. How would you add those two and do the Special moves as well?

Correct. I've included the img\enemies folder with all the monsters I could find in the standard edition as a convenience for users but there are no new monsters.

The art sets come with RPG Maker MV when you purchase it. I've only provided a new Enemies.json file.
