A very useful little mod, well worth downloading-it makes it so much earsier to dispose of all that ore I have been lugging around-I always felt it was ludicrouse that the capitol of Skyrim and base of the Imperial Legion had no Smelter. Well done.

Excellent Mod! I don't consider this cheating... Utterly ridiculous it wasn't within the city limits to begin with. Especially with the Beirand's Dialogue regarding how "BUSY" he is supplying the Imperials!

@theabyscries: Yeah it was a pretty quick effort tbh. The position of the coal was really the only way for it to work in this placement. I sort of wanted to keep the whole smithing set close together so there was no running back and forth. I was also fairly afraid to mess with the scale of the smelter in case it bugged up usage. Hope you enjoy it though! I know I am :D

I spent over 25k on a house and they couldn't include a smelter, workbench or grinder?! Who designed solitude?! ;)

While I would love a smelter in solitude, from the 2 screenshots the placement doesn't look as aesthetically pleasing as I would have hoped. Like if the pile of coal or wahtever it is wasn't there it might look nicer, but right now I'm not so sure. Anyway, good effort and thanks for making the mod.

I don't usually download these sorts of "convenience" mods, but always thought it was ridiculous that the HQ of the imperial army didn't have a smelter, so thanks for this.
