Very good tactic,I bring my club win the Champions League with this tactic.

Used this tactic for several different teams in different countiries and has worked a treat every time however I found that certain teams could not play with some roles so I've swap the CF to AF, AP to AM and BBM to DLP.

Finished first season in 2.Bundesliga with VfL Bochum using same tactic and striker being AF instead of CF. At first I struggled alot, but when the team got more tactical knowledge and I brought some fitting players, it was hot knife through the butter and I won the league.

Once again, I setup OI every game seperately. Key factors being closing down, tackling hard on attacking players and playmakers, forcing wing players to go inside instead of marching wide to cross by using show onto left/right/weaker foot option. Rarely I use tight marking before the game but it becomes an option sometimes as the game unfolds.

More aboout tackling. I had second worse record of yellow cards with Bochum, while in my Bayern save, I was the best at not getting booked. I believe you got to find right balance yourselves as it seems to be more of a players quality issue.

Do you apply opposition instructions? And what do you do with match preparation?

For defensive/smaller clubs I prefer 5-2-1-2 with attacking wing backs. That way you can keep balance and be strong on attacks when needed, also keep exploiting overlapping

Great tactic for my Dortmond. Using Aubameyang as AF instead of CF in this tactic. 15-2 in the last 5 games. All goals against are from long shots.

@kylebanet - it is for some people. With such a strong squad you can be very naive and go into every game thinking you're gonna win, lose a few matches, see morale drop, and then it's all downhill.

oatta, I do OI every game seperately. But usually the pattern is to Close down on attacking players, Show onto left/right foot for wing players, maybe Tight marking against playmaker with suggestions from assistant manager about Tackling and Weaker foot.

Great tactic. 7 wins in my first 7 games with Man Utd, and a 24-5 goalscorer plus 2 wins out of 2 in EL with a 5-1 goalscorer.

Broke the most wins in a row record! Squad is becoming quite complacent though.
