leather ammunition belt doesn't seem to fit from what I found of siamese soldiers. they look like they're using canvas.

also differences in the collar of the soldiers. in the picture they have like a stand and fall collar but in the colour pic the soldier has a strictly stand up collar.
also the weapons now I'm no expert but a quick search on wikipedia shows that the siamese used a Thai Mauser and that looks to have a straight bolt instead of a curved bolt shown in the picture

This pretty reliable website told that this is a photo of siamese soldiers and which was taken in Shan state in 1943.
