Yes, I did it some time a god but got canned due to issues I had with the speech.
I could upload it without speech or try again.

But I dont know why doesnt work

I just enter to the game, open the mods, enable it, accept, get that annoying "Mods Installed!", then I click for create a server and host it, select rhe max players and play.

Mods -> Client Mods ... there is not other way..and i set the players at 12.

Tell me, it changes the number when i am in game and i press tab? And others can see that more people can join while they are looking for a server? (they see 6/12 or 6/6). If they see 6/6 but more can join, this mod is a little useless...
