Just make sure you credit me as orignial author in some way.
Oh yeah and drop by when you're satisfied with your work, I'd be interested in what you might make from it. Have fun!
I see you do indeed come up with interesting ideas.
@-[FF]-Ace_ofChaos:
Have a look at the "Shooting Star" pill effect, this one changes the player's speed repeatedly during it's duration.
Short answer is no.
1) You would run into a (technical) problem:
Not every color of pill is necessarily spawned in every round of TTT and doing so by external means would create errors, as that specific type of pill wouldn't have an effect tied to it, so you'd risk people "buying" buggy pills, which would essentially break the game.
Though, you could create a workaround if you gave the Ts or Ds the ability to summon any of the pills they have previously found in a particular round. Like a placeholder weapon they can buy which lets them clone a pill they have already consumed.
2) The possession of a pill is purely luck-based, or random if you will. Thus, the general idea was that you rarely happen to have the right pill for the right moment at the right time and changing that might change this mod's gameplay to becoming an arms race of pills.
Still, as stated in the description above, you don't have to stick with my ideas as I have already abandoned this project.
Would it be a good idea to convert some of these to T or D-weapons?
maybe, I've only ever done Lua for TTT so probably not
So in conclusion:
Do it yourself. With a bit of determination and the information I have given you, you can easily accomplish that in a few hours if you have coded before and a few days/ a week if you have not. You are free to make any changes AND reupload as long as you somehow credit me as original author.
Best of luck.
So you'd like to add something or are you just curious?
I would Love a Tutorial Video or Documentation :D
