@EthelLion yeah I probably won't update it at this point, though all it really had were safety zones for tribes. If you use the Simple Spawners mod, you can get the same functionality.

It's behaving a bit weird since the last few ARK updates, I need to look into it and really fix it eventually but just haven't had the time.

i have the nutrel one down and i cant kill wild dinos, is that supposed to be right? im building with terror birds and troodens biting my ankles lol cant kill each other

Just curious. I currently disable offline raiding on my server but I want to have public use areas so I will need to find an Alternative method. This is right up my ally. I was debating installing the devkit and having a go myself but if you could use a hand let me know.

@gyoza guy not sure on the building being industructable or not yet, but removing the mod from the server then running it again did fix where we couldn't build inside the old save zones. I hope that helps at all. We will still be using this mod because once the trade posts are done they will be permant so thanks for the awesome mod!

You can always try, but I'm pretty sure the structures will still be indestructible. The mod changes properties on the structures themselves.

@spitfiredking there is some big with the mod now that I haven't been able to figure out, something changed with one of the ARK updates. So unfortunately I don't have more information for you now, but there is definitely something weird going on. :/

I have deleted one of the neutral safe zone pillars from an area because it would not let me build foundations or cages though i could build anything else. Now I still cannot and my object are still invincable. Any help here?

I think you meant to leave this on the "RPG Town Plots" mod, this mod has no player-placed structures. The RPG Town Plots mod by default allows player-placed areas, but you can block the engrams just like any other engram. ;)

When you do these future plans can you allow us to engram block the player placed ones? Because this mod make PvP fun cause admins can decide where in the map is PvE zoned and PvP zoned. Or just Make another mod with just the admin ones and the way you have this setup makes ark into and PvE PvP hybrid. Which makes ark PvP fun again!!

When we remove the shields of structures, the structures within it become immortal,
we use the shields for the protection of new ones that enter our server and this happening this

@GyozaGuy - What you describe in your Future Plans section is something I'm working on for my server as well, and this mod is the closest thing to getting us there. I do have two requests:

1) INI control for how many a tribe can have. I'd like to turn the engram on for the protector structure so admins don't have to babysit new tribe creations, but we want to limit the number of protected tribe areas to one. Awesome Teleporters has a similar INI option that prevents a user from putting down more than their allotted teleporters.

2) INI to limit radius of the zone. I would reduce the radius a little bit for my servers, just to promote the use of outposts for PvP a bit.

If you find the time for that, it would really help get our vision for PvP take shape. And thanks so much for the mod. It's being very helpful.

I don't, it's most likely not an issue with the mod, it could be Steam or Internet issues somewhere.

I just tried this mod completely by itself and it's no longer working..... so I probably screwed something up and the mod not working / interferring with others is just a symptom.

Yeah I'll keep thinking about it, but it doesn't do anything odd or special to anything other than check a checkbox that all structures already have.

Yes to all of your questions. There are apparently some possible conflicts with other mods, but I've recently tested it and this mod does work by itself/with many mods.

yes, i had a server restart and tryed to place all 3 shield types again. Last mod in my Modlist with updates was Capitalism Currency Bundle.

This seems like a idea I had for a while, but I am no modder so no idea how to make. I want a server that is PvP, but with a beacon you can place in your base that makes everyone in it (players,dinos,structures) take no damage. So you can make cool PvE bases and not the metall box with to many doors and turrets, but still have the open world PvP so people can attack each other and kill both dinos and players that are farming. Also destroy structures that are not inside of the protection. And it should run on electricity so it stops working if a tribe is not active. Think this could be fun. Still have the PvP, but have a safe space for dinos and a base.
I got more ideas for mods and I might try to make one at some point. Would be fun to learn.

No problem. This does seem to work fairly well for PvP, it's hard to make a perfect mod for that but we've had success with it on our server.

Ok thank you. The next time our server comes down I will just add it so I can test it on there. Of course a lot of it won't be able to test because it is currently pve but I can at least check if it's working by no sitting on benches and things like that. We're wanting to have a PvP server with a pve area/village. Just turning out to be harder than I thought. There is a PvP free zone mod but it's out of date and just caused problems. Thanks again.

@Land of the Lost I haven't actually tested it much in a non-dedicated setup since it was designed for a dedicated environment, but I'll see if I can test it later today and see what it's doing. It could also be that you need to leave the area and re-enter for the protection to really settle in.

I'm testing this on a non dedicated server before adding it to one of our servers but it does not seem to be working. Is it just because it is non dedicated setup? I'm most interested in the neutral zone. I spawn it in, turn it on and can see the forcefield, force protection but when I punch another person (seperate tribe) they take damage. Is there a user setting that activates or tweaks the settings that i do not have access to in non dedicated?
